I think it's important to give credit where credit's due, so I'm leaving a positive review following my recent experience there.
I visited Lightplan on the off chance - just looking for some advice about an old lamp that I'd purchased elsewhere. I really wasn't expecting much to come of it, but instead, a delightful young man went above and beyond his way to help me, and he did it with a joke and a smile!
