The customer service and advice I have received from Achieving Clarity has been exceptional. I was not an existing customer but phoned them to ask a CGT question I had in selling a property. The secretary advised me that the relevant person to speak with was on leave but would call me back the following Wednesday. We decided to change our Accountant this year and found Achieving Clarity Ltd so this was our first time of using them. We had a conversation with them firstly advising them that we needed the Accounts turning around very quickly and they agreed to this. We got the paperwork to them and the Accounts were all done and completed so quickly. They were e-mailed through for checking and after a couple of small changes, the final copy was e-mailed straight through.
We were very impressed with their competency in completing the Accounts to a high standard and when we spoke to any member of Staff over the phone, they were very friendly and helpful. We cannot thank them enough for all their hard work. We will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend this Accountant to anyone.

Changed to this firm after the previous firm in whitstable I used failed to comply with a VAT inspection correctly. And how refreshing to meet a accountancy firm, led by Wendy that is not all about how much money they can charge but Instead is about. "How can they help there client " and this is how good they are. They picked up the mess the last accountants made with VAT and got me money back from the VAT man. No mean feat I'm sure you will agree. Ongoing they are friendly Helpful And very very diligent.
