After an initial vacuum, we apply a preconditioning solution, known as a microsplitter, which is non-toxic, odour free, and carefully selected to suit the fabric of your carpet.
Stains are treated with the most advanced cleaning products on the market, and steps are taken to prevent dyes from bleeding and to ensure that original colours are preserved. Our knowledge of textiles means that we will always select the appropriate products to use on your rug. Using a combination of heat, airflow and dehumidification, the rug is dried under controlled conditions.
Sometimes a hard floor can become so worn that it doesn't respond to normal, routine cleaning. This is when the floor needs to be stripped. We apply a stripper solution to the floor, which, assisted by mechanical agitation, breaks up any coats of sealer and polish.
The floor is treated with a neutralising agent, followed by thorough rinsing with water, in order to remove chemical residue, which can prevent effective adhesion of new sealer and polish.Finally, we apply fresh coats of sealer and polish, leaving you to enjoy your beautiful and durable floor.

So pleased with the service from Crystal Clean. We had our corner sofa cleaned yesterday. With two small boys in the house it was rather grubby. Mark and Susie did a fab job. It looks brand new and smells amazing. They were both very thorough, even to the point of hoovering underneath where the sofa sat and hoovering the majority of the living room before they left. Fast Efficient booking via a quick phone call which lead to my whole house and even the mattress of the futon being made hygienic after a long lock down. The team were great at social distancing and I felt very at ease with their system, they were very patient with my daughters many questions too! The whole thing was quick and painless and great value for money and it feels like I have a whole new house. Huge thank you to Mark and his team.
