My experience working with Kelly Greatholder through My Simple mortgage has been wonderful.
She was extremely helpful, professional and friendly throughout the process. I felt that I could ask her for assistance or advice with my case whenever I needed to and no question was too "stupid" or insignificant.
I have been especially impressed considering that there were some unexpected twists and turns in my health/personal life that could have impacted on the progression of my case, however, Kelly handled these extremely well and kept everything running smoothly for me while I was incapacitated.

From everything I've experienced they are such good value for money as there was a lot of work involved and quite a bit of it I didn't really understand so any emails or information I didn't understand I sent them to Kelly and she sorted it for me.

Kelly has recently completed a mortgage for us. Our circumstances were far from straight forward but this was not an issue for Kelly. She was extremely informative and keep in touch with us and advised us all the way through. Even when we had long delays due to other parties Kelly always stayed in touch to ensure that we understood the process and was available for advice.
