Amazing team. They are professional, thorough and honest about what works. We got less work done than we intended because of their honesty and not just taking money because they could. You may be able to get cheaper but you must to trust the people supplying the service. Luke was amazing and took all of the hassle out of arrangements for us. Aftercare and no quibble approach is refreshing. Definitely the ones to use if you are looking for a good job done. We will be back for sure with future cars

Had my roof, wing mirrors and bonnet scoop wrapped on my Honda Civic Type R and can't recommend these guys highly enough! Job was absolutely spot on and they went above and beyond to sort the bits I'd requested, even when others told me they weren't possible! Dealt with Luke and he was brilliant in terms of customer service and advice, and is just a genuinely nice guy. I'll definitely be going back in the future for more work done.

We dropped off two of our vans to be rebranded. One was our fish and chip van and the other our support vehicle. They went the extra mile to make sure the fine details were covered. The work was done to a very professional standard. Will certainly be returning to get our other vans done!

I’ve had a few cars wrapped or detailed by Custom Coats and I can’t recommend them high enough. It’s a big deal finding honest trustworthy companies to work on your car, so when I find them I tend to stick with them. CC are a great bunch of guys, super helpful, very accommodating and skilful.
What I love about them is their eye for detail and making even the craziest requests a reality. They just added stripes to my Mustang, made the pony and 5.0 badges black and added custom decals to the car. As always they did a fantastic job and the car looks amazing.

What fantastic service Custom Coats provides. Took my new motorcycle in to get a quote to be ceramic coated and have a couple of small paint corrections... more than happy with the quoted price. Andrew was both professional and courteous when he described to me exactly what he would be done and I was updated with his progress throught the process. When I collected my bike, I could see that every painted surface was gleaming. As I said, it was a brand new bike to begin with, but the depth and finish CC acheived was outstanding. I will definetley be taking my car in soon for a quote, so thank you

I was actually recommended to Custom Coats through multiple forums in the north east and also a few different Facebook pages... so after some searching and checking reviews etc I contacted them for a quote. The quote is was VERY REASONABLE for what I was asking for and was about on par with other quotes I’d had through other providers in the area. Absolutely great, we've had some vinyls printed and fitted for us several times and to top it off had a big contract of vehicles and they accommodated us last minute to help out, even sorting out wrong artwork, bad paint finishes and their service and quality was faultless and I'm grateful that small companies like this are still in the north east as it's always nice to help each other out when in time of need. Good stuff, had trims and dash parts wrapped in a carbon and gloss black and totally transformed my RS. Have to say I do look at reviews and feel that these are a load of ......I did my own research and went down to see the guys. Henry and Anth showed me around and explained everything, gave me a written estimate and booked me in. I did go and visit 2 other companies who offer the same thing but after 3M acknowledged that this company is the nearest certified then they cant be bad. Happy I booked as over the moon with the results and exceeded my expectations

We paid for Custom Coats to vinyl wrap our roof rails on our BMW. Within 10days the vinyl had split 5cm along the rail. I contacted them by email and they would not see vehicle. Their reply was to save myself the journey of dropping it in because they could sort by email and "sadly its one of those things". Refused to offer an explanation of what one of those things may be. Well the beauty of the internet meant i could get 2nd opinions from other companies who are in the industry and also vinyl manufacturers.
