Mixed experience with this company. The initial consultation was professional and detailed but communication after that was poor. The fitters worked whilst on holiday and repeatedly phoned whilst we were away demanding full payment even though we'd paid deposit and wanted to see finished job. The hounding seemed unprofessional and most tradies give after a week or two to pay invoice but these were relentless and we hadn't even seen the job!!. Bathroom was mixed-was fitted well with some tricky components and overall looked well but under floor heating works on a tiny part (were told not to switch
