Fahey Contracts is your leading decorating, restoration, refurbishment and maintenance contractor operating in London and the Southeast. Working with a wide range of clients, including Managing Agents, Architects, Surveyors and Developers, we offer a comprehensive range of services with a strong emphasis on quality, customer service and cost effectiveness.
The contract works programme was 22 weeks. These buildings form part of a grade 1 listed national monument and are a highly sensitive working environment for the legal profession. Due to the nature of the buildings comprehensive scaffold design was undertaken. Subsequent works included brick and stone repairs, stone cleaning, re-pointing and overhaul to lead flashings.
