We recognize that the Buying and Selling of your home or business property is one of the most important transactions you are likely to make. For this reason we use our very best endeavors to achieve Completion of your transaction within your preferred timescale.

There are of course a number of factors which will determine how quickly your transaction completes e.g. the number of transactions in your chain, the complexity of these transactions, how many mortgage offers need to be obtained etc.
Dealing with the affairs of someone who had died is often a daunting and stressful task at what is clearly a difficult time.

We can help with this process, from preparing the papers required to obtain the Grant of Probate where necessary, to completing the administration of the estate and settling any taxation or other issues which may apply - your case will be dealt with sensitively and efficiently throughout and will not take any longer than is absolutely necessary. Each case will of course vary according to circumstances.
The importance of making a Will cannot be overstated. Not only will your affairs be dealt with by the Executor of your choice and your estate left to those you wish to benefit, but other matters such as appointing Guardians for infant children can also be addressed.

There is also the issue of Inheritance Tax Planning to think about for those with larger estates and a consideration of the ways in which such tax can be mitigated or eliminated on death. Our Will Writing Service starts with an interview where we will discuss and ascertain your circumstances and testamentary wishes in full.
As with Wills a Lasting Power of Attorney should be considered an essential aspect of personal planning, not only for the elderly but for people of all ages because illness accidents and traumatic events can suddenly take away the ability to make decisions about financial and other important matters.

She then extolled the virtues of that I should have accepted a cheque. I had to go into the estate agents and use their computer to email new card details to her as she refused to double check or try the card details again, was going out to lunch and my phone didn't have battery. I'm surprised the old boy's still
