Having been in the catering industry for over 30 years, I have held head chef positions in numerous high-quality restaurants and hotels. I have catered for all kinds of clientele including celebrities, politicians and sporting stars. This gave me the experience and the foundation to build my own catering business so that I could add my own contributions to the catering industry which have proven to be very successful.
Our capacity for catering is huge, with the capability of catering to meet all requests. We specialise in Wedding catering but are also able to facilitate catering for Corporate Events and Private Parties. Our experience and expertise formulate our catering agility, allowing us to deliver a high-end service in a reliable, friendly and helpful way.
Our sample menus offer a range of desirable options to serve at your event. Our sample menus do not provide an exclusive insight into our catering range; we are happy to discuss other options with you at your request. The menus provide an example of the type of food we serve, although we normally tailor make our menu to suit the requirements of our individual clients, helping to bring the best wedding catering in Dorset.
