I wasn't going to post a review, however as I posted an excellent one before I thought it only right to provide my experience this time. As a returning customer I expected better service. Customer service appalling. There were a number of issue all of which were eventually resolved. However communication from JPR was almost non existent unless I contacted them. Sorry to say a very different experience from before when I rated JPR a 10 when installing my bathroom. Perhaps kitchens are too big a job and too time consuming for this company.

John Paul and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with.
They turned up prompt every day and they went above and beyond to ensure they delivered a great end product, even staying late one night to ensure tiling was at a stage where they could progress the next day.
Paul and Paul were both polite and extremely clean and tidy - We are absolutely thrilled with the end result and finally have a bathroom we love!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JPR Interiors to anyone.
