Took my daughter for a check-up. Had dark stain on front tooth. Dentist Dr female said it's not a cavity. Took her to another private one, was definitely a cavity, good thing we went. Paid for the filling need to return in few months. Be careful with your little ones taking them there. I guess since nhs is funding them they don't take it as serious. My 1.5 year old could have gotten worst, and it can be very hard to fix cavities on small ones. Happy I took her to real pediatric dentist in Romania. Just moved to UK from US, I am a nurse and thought little ones health is taken very serious. During

Very clean, anti bacterial and temperature check on arrival which was good. It was a very quick in an out service also. I booked a hygienist appointment expecting a scale & polish, however after scaling my teeth and having a consultation on how to clean my teeth that was the end of the appointment. I had to then make a point to ask for them to polish my teeth which I have been told should have been done as a standard procedure as part of a hygienist appointment. Be aware, make sure you know what they are meant to be doing as a standard. They did adhere to my request in the end and gave me a polish

We been coming to this dentist for 10+ years, but now I feel they're taking patience for granted. May be they have make there target now they talk like you own them alot of money and asking for more time and they talk like she!t with you. I been booking appointments for all my family whenever we needed now this receptionist telling me that I can't book appointment for my wife coz she is not with me right now. I asked is this new rule she says noe it's been there for long time I said I been booking appointments all the time and in reply she says I am asking you this now like she is my boss talking

I would highly recommend Burnt Oak Dental Practice. The staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. My dentist (Keshvi Patel) is professional, thorough and calm, and is happy to answer any questions I have. I have been to Keshvi for routine check-ups as well as for more complicated procedures, and I have always been very pleased with the result.
