Horrendous customer service. They told me that my hampers would be branded and they turned up unbranded, when I did finally get hold of someone they flat out lied and said they never said that, but wouldn’t go back and listen to the call because it would prove they are lying, the person was James H from sales. One of the hampers was crushed and leaking, and yet I have called and called and no one ever gets back to you. Will never use again.

I received a hamper through the post as a gift from my workplace. It is absolutely beautiful with locally sourced produce in from the Cotswolds. The basket is beautiful and practical as I will use it as a shopping basket. It was packaged in the delivery box really well so that nothing was damaged. The only reason I have given it 4 stars and not 5 is because I am unsure how much this hamper cost, so I cannot say whether it was good value for money!

Ordered a £124 hamper for my wife’s birthday from Regency Hampers 4 days before her birthday which was on a Friday. Picked the date for delivery and left a note to say leave with a neighbour if not in. Came back home on Friday afternoon to find a note saying it will be redelivered on Monday. Hamper arrived not in a great condition. I emailed the company to advise that the hamper didn’t arrive on my wife’s birthday to which they replied this is a request and they can’t guarantee it which obviously didn’t help and automatically stoped any throughs of being a repeat customer. Received a hamper as a gift, arrived several days late. Fruit was absolutely rotten, it was mouldy and the gunk had dropped all over the other products in the basket making everything smelly and sticky. Had to put the clotted cream in the bin as it had been out of refrigeration for several days.

I received a 'Classic Fresh Fruit Hamper' as a gift (RRP: £34.80). The produce was alright, but I would have prefered more seasonal/British produce e.g. strawberries. My major disappointment however, was the quantity of plastic wrapping. The use of bubble wrap and plastic packing peanuts, in my opinion, is not acceptable when there are plastic-free alternatives.

I order a hamper for my friends birthday and it was amazing! It was a personalised wooden crate and was even better than I could have expected.
The customer services team were extremely helpful over the phone and happy to amend my order for me.
Would highly recommend and will be using Regency Hampers again!

I am really disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered a ladies hamper for Mother Day for my mum and when it came it was completely different to what I had ordered and looked like they had just thrown some left over stock in there. When I called I was told "oh we didn't have the stock for that hamper, so we put other bits in there" I said they should of informed me they didn't have what I wanted as I could of ordered something similar from elsewhere, they apparently didn't have time to let there customers know ( maybe they haven't heard of mailmerge) I mentioned it was still on

Regency delivered a hamper to my mum for a significant birthday, but just dumped the hamper on the property where it wasn't visible.....didn't knock or ring the bell or leave a card or do anything to suggest that something had been delivered. It was discovered by accident the next day. No meaningful apology and no refund.....just excuses about how good they 'normally' are. Awful customer service and a ruined experience.

I originally purchased and had delivered a hamper for my Aunt's 50th who was thrilled with the present back in May. I have just purchased 2 as Christmas Gifts for 2 couples. One of which has come back and says she absolutely loves the hamper and wants one every year! I was not expecting as received hampers from Marks & Spencer's in the past at Christmas and have not found this, but every item was individual packed, which she loved a surprise with every opening of the paper she said.
