A settlement agreement is a legally binding contract in which an employee will waive almost all of their rights to make a claim against their employer. For entering into an agreement the employee will receive a payment from the employer. Settlement agreements can be extremely useful for employees and employers.
Making a will allows you to plan for the future of your family and protect your assets. If you die without a will, there are certain rules which dictate how your money, property or possessions should be allocated and which may not be the way that you would have wished. If you have children, a will can ensure that appropriate arrangements for the children are made if either one or both parents die.

I chose ACSL due to their 5 star reviews and after speaking to Joseph about the help I needed I was keen to get him involved. It now beats me how they constantly get 5 star reviews based on my experience. I Have left messages at their reception several times and emailed asking for Joseph to call me at his earliest convenience. Not much to ask i would have thought. I have been more than patient and whilst I appreciate he has other clients to deal with it would take a couple of minutes to give me a quick phone call or an email to keep me informed. Absolutely nothing from him. Not that professional
