As we continued to provide our clients with a quality service our client base increased to include a wide number of Local Authorities, RSL's and Private Clients. As our company continued to grow we developed our existing staff whilst employing new members of staff to service the demand. This increased our skill base and today we carry out a wide range of activities from minor alterations to complete refurbishment programmes.
In 2010 we relocated to a "free hold" site, housing our office and construction support facilities all under one roof. This facility enables us to provide the appropriate training to continually develop our operatives and staff, and therefore contributing to the company's commitment to providing a quality service at all times.

At Amber we offer a wealth of experience within the refurbishment market having completed various projects ranging from internal remodeling of a leisure centre to external refurbishment of a social housing estate, both in full occupation. Our teams of 'in house' site operatives have the technical skills and experience to use the modern construction techniques and materials required in today's ever changing market.

Re-roofing of three blocks of flats including a complete strip of the old finish, installation of a tapered to falls insulation and a high performance built up felt finish. A 25 year Warranty was provided. This project consisted of Internal refurbishment works to communal areas. The Scope of Works consisted of Redecoration using specialist coatings, Carpeting and General upgrading to 'Decent Homes' standards.
Amber were Principal Contractor with CDM responsibility for the works to improve the facilities and operation of the school which was completed ahead of programme in just 14 weeks to the delight of the school management team and pupils. As part of Newham's regeneration program we carried out internal refurbishment and structural alteration works during this 16 week project.

This is one of the worst company of constructions I have ever seen, the builders are swearing and saying not so nice things to residents how the Barking and Dagenham council hired them i don't know its appalling the way the lack of care for the residents in the community. Builders cannot be working on council houses swearing and insulting residents it is unacceptable where people live is their sanctuary their home and I am appalled the council hires such companies.

Very bad workmanship, things being left only doing half a job, trying to cover up mistakes and the list is endless. The staff are very rude. I'm only having my kitchen and toilet refurbished and I'm into my 4th week of them starting it. They complain when at 12pm they turn up and no one is in and I should leave my door keys with them and then there are days when they don't turn up and don't inform you either.

This is the first time i’ve had any dealings with Amber Construction Ltd.
I was pleasantly surprised with the resident liaison officer from the beginning. She kept me informed and was very easy to get in contact with. After raising concerns with some of the planned works i was really impressed by the fairness shown to me by Lenny and Ian which was wonderful and so rare these days.
It’s so refreshing to have people who do what they say they will.
The actions of these two have made such a difference to the whole experience and saved me from so much hassle.
