My wife called Yana from Canada to order a flower arrangement for her aunt’s funeral. She believed she had ordered the arrangements to contain a dozen roses. The cost she understood for the dozen roses was £49.99 and with a few extras the total cost was £55 + a further £3 for delivery. Her cousin to whom the flowers were delivered sent a few photos of the arrangement and quite simply there were no dozen roses in fact there were only two cream roses and the rest were an assortment of other flowers. I guess since we ordered by phone over 3 thousand miles away we might never have seen the finished
