Absolutely delighted with the professionalism of this company. Plaza blinds were recommended to us . The quality of the blinds were fantastic, the price was absolutely amazing. We have now gone on to have 4 members of our family use this company. The gentleman that came out to measure up was on time and very respectful, did not try to sell us anything else other than what we had asked for . I would give Zero stars if I could. I Took a day off work for Plaza Blinds to come and measure up. The appointment was for 10am at the time of making the appointment I asked if it could be later, I was told no. So no one arrived and no phone call to let us know what happen. Don't believe all the good feedback. Worst customer service ever. 😤
