Asked for a white banister, got a cream one. Struggled to choose a grey paint after using many testers and sending pictures and questions over text message, got no response. Only recommended a colour until I had to pay for the work to be done all over again. After discussing this with the owner he said he does offer a designer service at extra cost. Paying for this service for him to recommend one colour I believe is out of order and opportunistic. Once painting was complete I found paint all over white architraves. Clearly rushed the job. Business owner said he could sort some flooring I wanted
