We use the most up to date tenancy agreements, which are continually updated with the latest legislation to make sure you are fully covered in the event of a dispute.

Recently moved and Hayward Tod could not of been more helpful and understanding. With prompt replies and fast work, the few issues we had (not Hayward Tods fault) was able to be sorted very quickly. This was down to the staff working so hard and fast and dealing with our issues as a matter of urgency. The staff have all been friendly and approachable and even checked in with us out of hours. Highly recommend!! Special shout out to Erica, Julie and Henry for all their help. They couldn't of done any more if they tried!

The sale of my house has just completed which was dealt with by Will of Hayward Tod. Their service impressed me and I thought he was spot on with his valuation. I liked their brochure and was very happy with their drone video. I have no hesitation in recommending the company and would use them again.

From the first meeting with Will Todd, I knew my house sale was in very safe hands. Throughout the whole process, which was far from straightforward he was so very kind to me. The reception staff also were unbelievabley helpful with the purchase of my new house. I am now sitting in my new house feeling very grateful that I went with Hayward Tod. Would recommend to anyone wanting a professional yet empathetic service always keeping the customer in mind.

We have rented a property off this company for a couple of years, from start to finish their service was outstanding. Julie is so helpful & friendly, she made the whole rental process run smoothly & was always very responsive with any issues, that were resolved immediately. Arranged a viewing with Julie, turned up late had to phone tenant and get a colleague to drop off a key, sent a e.mail to Julie asking for an application form for the property viewed and asked for a viewing on another rental also sent a text to Julie. No response to e.mail or text! Wouldn't contact again!

We had a viewing with Julie for a letting and she was the most gentle/helpful agent that we had on Carlisle.
Unfortunately, we got accepted for another property that we applied earlier but she was so nice that we almost feel bad about it.
I will definitely contact her when we decide to buy.

I didn't actually move in anywhere, but I wish I did.
So professional, and just nice people (specifically Julie, whom dealt with me) who are ready to help one find whatever they need.
I didn't end up moving with them due to external circumstances, nothing to do with them, and when I move in the future, I'd be lucky to be dealing with someone half as good as Hayward Tod.
