Heating engineer arrived on time to service gas boiler. He was knowledgeable, friendly, meticulous in his work. Required one small spare part to be ordered, kept me fully advised. Returned 2 weeks later to fit part. Don't have bill yet, but I know it will be reasonable. Sugplumb have worked for me in the past. Recommended.

Sugplumb installed a new outside boiler and closed loop system at our old cottage almost two years ago. The system was poorly installed, with no magnetic filter fitted with the boiler, non existent insulation on the pipes leading into the house and without rerouting the holes drilled into the house, meaning that the pipes are exposed where they should not be and the pipes themselves sit directly against the granite without any protective insulating cover. Furthermore the new tank is much smaller than what we requested and has been placed too close to the boiler itself which is outwith fire safety
