I just called having read their free consultation advice page and their receptionist called Selina was very unprofessional. First she asked me what I wanted to discuss and then when I told her she started telling me what to do which borderlined accountancy advice and is unethical. She then complained staff are on furlough and busy at home and then tried to fob me off saying I need to make website enquiries.
I asked for an email to complain with the MD’s name and she refused to give that.
If you’re closed and not bothering to do business, then say so on your website.
