Our head pastry chef and director is one of a new generation of pastry chefs who is passionate and dedicated to re-inventing his craft. Xavier began learning his trade when he was just 14 as a pre-apprentice at a bakery/pastry shop around the corner from his parent's home in France.

So i came across these god like cakes when i visited Webbs garden centre and wow, i drove back again a few weeks later just for the cakes.
They look lovely and also taste incredible. i am quite surprised they dont have many reviews cause there just heavenly.
I will admit i have bought more but when you eat them before taking a photo to review them..... thats when you know something is good :D
if your a cake eater and want to try something new or very fruity or tiramisuEY... try these. i promise you wont be disappointed and if you really dont like them.... ill happy eat yours HA
