Another quirky solution for slicing softer cheeses comes in the shape of our beautiful cheese wires, created from useful, dishwasher safe stainless steel with a choice of stylish handle detailing. Our cheese wires are strong and work well on a variety of different cheeses. Ideal as the perfect accessory to our wooden cheese boards the cheese wires make a great present for all cheese lovers.
A soft cheese is often sticky in texture and therefore requires a sharp knife for cutting. The knife blade will also be required to have holes to aerate the cheese, prevent sticking and allow it to fall from the blade with ease. When the cheese does not stick to the blade, it allows for pieces to be presented more attractively, with crisper shapes, compared to cheese cut with standard knives.

I am thoroughly dissapointed in Culinary Concepts’ Product ‘Cartridge hip flask’, customer service and attitude towards maintaining a good reputation. Summary: Bought hip flask at a wonderful location; Swinton Park Hotel and Spa as a really amazing present for my husband’s birthday. Due to faulty welding it leaked. Contacted Culinary concepts who were disinterested and told me I’d have to go back to where I purchased it. Swinton replaced the item but in the same condition, leaked again. Informed Culinary Concepts once again who did nothing to restore my faith in their

On a Friday, I wanted my order delivered next day (Saturday). With the lockdown in place, it was almost impossible for them as they were running short staffed due to the lockdown caused by Covid19. I chatted with them on the website and they resolved it somehow, at some extra delivery cost of course, but they went out of the way to help. Good service, I would recommend them.

I was gifted a beautiful bee cake stand with dome lid, unfortunately, the handle to the lid was just glued on ! Poor design, handle needs to be held in place with screw/bolt surely due to the weight of it. My handle come off recently (had it for less than 12 months) and I am too embarrassed to contact the dear friend who purchased for me. Called Culinary Concepts just now but not looking too hopeful. Buyers beware of this flaw.

Ordered at a trade show and had to chase them 3 times to finally get information on delivery. Then had a call to arrange delivery the day after I'darranged it wasting my time. Then the day before delivery had a lovely call to tell me the item was damaged and it's discontinued so will have to refund. I now have to find an alternative and rearrange my electrician with less than 24 hours notice... perfect!
