N R P Carburettor & Diaphragms
NRP specialise in carburettor diaphragms, air cut-off valves [or coaster enrichment valves] carburettor overhaul kits and spares for all Japanese carbs. NRP manufacture and supply a large range of main diaphragms for Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, Triumph, Aprilia, Benneli, Bimota, Beta, Cagiva, Ducati and Sachs motorcycles, as well as Vespa, Hyosung, and other scooters, only available from us.

We have been producing diaphragms since 1988, and take pride in not being constrained by genuine part supply. We are the only source of many discontinued parts for older models, at much more reasonable prices. We cover Mikuni, Keihin, Hitachi, Tokei and TK Kikaki carbs from 1970's to 00. Where as an original part the diaphragm is only available as a complete sealed unit, we offer a service where we refit a new diaphragm to your original slide.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very rude and impatient, possibly also quite stupid, I ended up buying the parts elsewhere, don’t buy here…

We've been dealing with NRP for a couple of years now. They're incredibly helpful, very knowledgable and supply great products. They are however a little tricky to get hold of, but they always give us a call back when we leave a voicemail.

Sadest company i ever met! I waited 7 months for my parts. It is almost impossible to reach someone on the phone... same with emails.
In the end the parts were more expensive than stated on the website. Never never never again!!!

This is a somewhat belated review,as the experience dates from around 9 months ago....
Having looked at the NRP website, and noted that 'stock' was carried for a set of Keyster premium carburettor kits for a '78 Z650 C2,I promptly completed the purchase of a set of 4 kits and awaited the 'first class' delivery,as quoted..
However,3 days later, the kits hadn't arrived, and I decided to telephone and find out when delivery could be anticipated.
Having spoken to an employee of the company,I was informed that 'we are currently out of stock, and will be getting some more in in a couple of weeks....'

Think again when dealing with NRP.
Horrible service. I received an incorrect item, I mentioned this to NRP who instantly replied telling me that I was wrong and that I could not return or swap the item.
After dozens of attempts calling and being hung up I finally get through on the phone by calling on a private number, to request a refund which was blindly refused before they hung the phone up on me yet again.
I called back only to be told repeatedly with considerable attitude "we will write to you via email" while ignoring my questions. Needless to say they didn't write... I do not appreciate

Not impressed at all.
I am still waiting for 2 diaphragms that I sent to be refited 8 weeks ago.
Call them 3 times to ask about the progress with 2 weeks intervals and still no concrete reason for the delay (waiting on parts from the supplier, come on 8 weeks seriously)
I am out by £85.00 and the carburetor sliders.
I expected to get some updates via email like any company does if there are any delays.
I am afraid this company is leaving me in the dark.
Unfortunately still waiting.............

They charge for tracked shipping then do nothing when parcels go missing. Not recommended, eBay is cheaper. Now I'm out $50 and a month of summer riding because they won't start a missing item case with RoyalMail.
