Had a voucher for a de luxe pedicure for use ahead of daughters wedding. Wedding postponed to next year. Shielding this year due to vulnerability.
Contacted Body & Sole who refused to honour my gift voucher in full and only offered me half of the value. This is money paid up front and you might imagine as a good will gesture they would allow me to use it i am extremely disappointed and will not buy from them again, really unhelpful member of staff who was not interested in keeping customers just policy quoting.

I thought it had improved since the decorating before lock-down, but Grace has obviously been busy and it all looks clean, fresh & stylish as you walk in. Had Gel Nails & Massages at different times.The nails lasted much longer than where I had been previously. Had a few massages now, with different ladies and they were all excellent. I have arthritis at the top of my spine so it really does help relieve the pressure in the shoulder area. Grace and her Staff offer a lovely relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

I would definitely recommend visiting Body & Sole. During this current pandemic I felt very wary of visiting a salon let alone get my nails done however ive never felt so comfortable and relaxed. The service is amazing. I will definitely be going back to treat myself to some treatments. 10/10

Been using this place for sometime. Think a new owner/manager has come in. She is very rude and her receptionist completely lacked any manners or personality, spent more time on her phone than dealing with customers.
Real shame as the therapists are really nice, but won't be returning.

I had a manicure and pedicure at this salon and I can say I will definitely be making this my new regular salon. I left feeling great after my manicure and pedicure, as they did a perfect job. I think it's been taken over by a new owner and she seems to be paying attention to all her customers. I would recommended others to try a treatment here for sure and I will be going back myself.
