S.A.W is a family owned business that has been operating since 1985. Between the management team, we have a collective 80 years of experience within the building industry. The majority of this is high end builds within the South East of England. We also bring unrivaled connections with high-quality European suppliers for key construction materials.
Luxury basements and complete remodelling often located within more confined urban spaces. Whenever possible, we always endeavour to undertake as much of your project as possible using our own people including preparatory groundworks, installation of drainage systems, landscaping, roofing, tiling and of course our own brilliant in house team of carpenters.
With our own in-house team of craft carpenters based in our Ealing studios, we can bring your creations to reality with the final adjustments and fittings being undertaken onsite. Quality interior / exterior doors and windows are often viewed as the crowning glory of any home. Produced all in-house from a variety of stunning timbers with the finishing details to your specification.
It is not often one can sing the praises of a builder but S.A.W are the exception. They are conscientious, they don't waste time, their sites are clean and tidy, they get the job done at a really good pace and to a very high standard. Their men are skilled and hardworking and they take a pride in what they do.
The project scope included the entire renovation and extension of the Grade I listed main buildings, construction of new stabling and mnage facilities as well as a tennis court.
