Avoid the company at all costs especially the Redditch sites managers ignore your messages any problems do not get resolved the equipment is unsafe yet they carry on using it and to top it all off they haven't even paid me on time what they owe me after leaving having to ring acas to get well over a thousand pounds they owe me in wages do not work for them

I have been working for waste efficiency for a year now! I work as a cleaner at a factory cleaning canteen, offices, and toilet blocks. If i need any cleaning materials they get them to me promptly...i can ring my boss steve anytime and he is always polite and helpful.
Staff at factory are very nice and welcoming which is so refreshing these days!
Sadly covid 19 hasnt helped with jobs etc so if it ever comes to a end i would like to thank waste efficiency for everthing!
