Got in contact with these guys about an issue with my back door. They are easy to get in contact with and gave clear advice and quotes before booking someone to come out. They were able to fit me in at short notice and the locksmith who came out was very professional, friendly and did top quality work. Excellent service. Can't recommend them enough. Speedy response, resolved jamming internal locks on bathroom doors with no fuss. I had tried 5 other locksmiths who wouldn't look at locks without keys and was much relieved when Benn's said they would. Friendly staff and although this wasn't an emergency if it had been the locksmith who came would have been immensely reassuring. Thank you.

Became really stuck trying to source an unusual & specific door latch part, door made in Poland, no joy trying to get after sales, tried lots of locksmiths in area no joy. I was at my wits end then as a last try went to Benn Lock & Safe Ltd after coming across them through an online search.
Lee did an absolute brilliant job listening to my problem, relayed it back to me to make sure he understood, and through discussions & measurements he needed, practically engineered me a new piece which fixed the door & it works perfectly and was very reasonably priced too. I found them to be very professional, effective, and reasonably priced. I needed a new spare key for my cars and the service only took 20 minutes.
