Feel amazing and so relaxed, feel tired and ready for a peaceful nights sleep. Was given some really good honest advice on how to keep my stress levels down moving forward and it is now ingrained in my brain! Can't thank you enough for figuring out that all this time the pain is due to something completely different from my back and how I can improve this.
I went to see Ze yesterday, oh my days this lady has magic hands. I did my back in last year and i was seeing a chiropractor twice a week for about 4 weeks it helped at the time and he did crack my neck a few times which was amazing and helped with my permenant headaches, but i was very inflamed and it just wouldnt calm down no matter what he did.

Ze is a truly special person. I have been seeing Ze now for almost 6 months. Initially I went to Ze for back pain and lots of tension. Having been through a very stressful few years, I immediately felt comfortable and safe in her presence. Her therapy room is almost womb-like; so clean, warm and comfortable. Ive had back and shoulder problems for years and not only does ze help keep on top of the ongoing problems and fix any before they develop but also is the best around for overall service and range of treatments. She helps with overall health with things such as mental health and some of the physical issues that arise from that such as tension headaches, stress carrying areas. cannot ask for a better therapy session when it can so easily turn your life around!!!

Really quick on replying back after suffering with a massive muscle spasm in my back.
After an hour of treatment I really felt a difference and much more relaxed and less pain than before.
After another visit ze managed to really relax my muscles in my back and neck.
I would recommend her to anyone is the same position, she makes you feel really comfortable and relaxed. Fast response and fantastic service.

Been visiting Ze for a couple years now, not been for the last few months with the pandemic going on though and have certainly missed it! Just had my first treatment since lock down and was a bit worried about going, but I literally stepped in the door and realised that worry was really not needed at all! Temp checked, hands washed, I aced the covid pop quiz and that was before I got in the therapy room... She has a UV cleaner and a load of other precautions which she patiently explained and then answered all the questions I had - I instantly relaxed and realised I was as safe there as I was in

Today was my third session with Zena over an 18 month period. I have been so happy every time I’ve visited. I always felt really welcome for from start to finish and that’s not to mention the massage therapy!
Zena is brilliant at what she does and I always feel x10 better after visiting. The vibe is so calm and relaxing that you could almost fall asleep....
Being very tall I suffer with a bad back but a visit to Zena always sorts the problem!

Second visit to Zena. Feeling wonderfully relaxed! Helping me with a very painful shoulder injury, Whatever she does really helps and complements the physio treatment I'm receiving.
