At the planning stage we are happy to provide detailed cost plans, budgets, quotations etc. based on /sq.m, specifications, drawings and bills of quantities. Additionally, we can offer technical advice on specialist products where required. Prior to commencement on site we will prepare a detailed Health and Safety Plan, carry out Pre-inspections; hold pre-start meetings involving our relevant personnel; and plan, programme and resource our works.
E Poole & Co helped to deliver a new build learning centre designed to house students from reception through to A Levels. The works consisted of the internal decorations to numerous classrooms, circulation areas, staff areas and a new sports hall & changing areas. Also carried out were some specialist external playground markings to the infant/junior school areas.
Blossom House School is an Ofsted rated Outstanding School for children aged from 3 to 19 years old with speech, language and communication difficulties. We were integral in the refurbishment of the classrooms, science labs, sports hall and communal areas throughout, working to maintain the school to the high standard required.
E Poole & Co completed the decorations to two buildings, consisting of new office/ lab space within the new West London Campus of Imperial College. We carried out general painting throughout including walls, ceilings soffits and woodwork.
Also applied were a number of specialist products in key areas such as hard wearing 2 pack Hygenic Egghsell Finish CS Wallsheen, Epoxy 2-Pack wall coatings, Sika hygienic coatings and Chlorinated Rubber Paint to areas where reactive materials would be stored.Working with main contractor ISG on this highly complex and challenging project, E Poole were able to complete these works to a high standard and to the clients demands.
