We arranged for TI to come & repair a couple of Fire sensors & check the whole system as well as service the house alarm in my Father in Laws house. Phil arrived bang on time & spent several hours carrying out the works. He provided a thoroughly proffessional job explaining things throughout & was more than happy to explain the systems. He certainly went the extra mile & would highly recommend both company & employee Phil.

We had a TI installed alarm from the previous owners and it had developed a minor fault. TI sent a salesman around rather than an engineer. TI sent on a HUGE quote without lifting a screwdriver or a lid. I challenged the sales guy a couple of times. I am not an alarm fitter but I am a bit of a nerd so I could tell that he was trying to pull the wool over my eyes… especially when I challenged him and he said “we would be unable to do this as it wouldn’t comply with the regulations”…. What regulations? A quick call into the manufacturer confirmed I wasn’t oversimplifying things. I ended
