The National Society of Professional Hypnotherapists (NSPH)is a non profit making hypnotherapy organisation funded by the membership for the benefit of the membership, to act as a disciplinary body, to assist in obtaining insurance cover and to co-ordinate advertising. The NSPH is administrated by an Advisory Council drawn from practising members.
The NSPH has members from many different professions and walks of life. All FULL members of the National Society of Professional Hypnotherapists are obliged to carry Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance, regardless of whether they are practising hypnotherapy professionally or not. Services
The National Society of Professional Hypnotherapists was founded by Vicki and Neil Watson in 1989 as a support organisation for hypnotherapists who had completed the hypnotherapy training course facilitated by them at the original Twa Acres Clinical Hypnotherapy Training Centre, Blairgowrie. All NSPH members must abide by the Code of Conduct of the Society and any member found to be in breach of the Code will face disciplinary action.
Vicki Watson founded the original Clinical Hypnotherapy Centre, Blairgowrie in 1978 and, the Clinical Hypnotherapy Training Course, as a natural progression, in 1989. Vicki is a recognised and well-respected authority on Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.
With her husband Neil she co-founded the National Society of Professional Hypnotherapists (NSPH) as a support organisation for those therapists who had completed the clinical hypnotherapy training course facilitated by her.In 2001 Vicki was awarded a Life Fellowship of the National Council of Psychotherapists.
