After completing level two NVQ in painting and decorating I worked on phase one and phase two of the Storthes Hall student accommodation at Kirkburton. This was whilst working for a firm of Leeds decorators and it's where I got my big break into the painting world. I beat 20 other painters to join a final team of 9 painters and traveled all over with them including Leeds, Manchester and York.
