He has accumulated a wealth of project management experience on numerous projects. We are passionate about delivering amazing domestic architecture. From ambitious refurbishments, through to new builds and basement extensions, we know how to create something you will love. We are based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire and Gloucester and serve Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, Buckinghamshire and Gloucestershire.
This small rear extension architecture project in Bedfordshire just shows how a contemporary design and really transform a space into something creative and very different from the standard box or pitched roof extension. CROE Architects has the experience and skill to deliver a complete refurbishment. This ensures the maximum return from any space and a transformation to ensure the new plans meet new needs. In 2017, CROE Architects was appointed to continue a bungalow refurbishment project. The client had achieved planning permission with a previous architect, but was unsure of the design and unable to visualise the end result due to the drawing style.
CROE Architects has worked on several new development projects. Our experience has seen us work on a wide range of different projects including one-off new builds for the self-builder, developments of 10 or more homes in a bespoke development for our developer clients, office and retail conversions, bespoke houses on complicated sites, and residential flats in town centre locations.
