We undertake a range of Traditional, Historic and Contemporary windows. We offer a range of different design, to match your needs and to ensure that your windows reflect your style and home. From glazing, paint, straining as well as style and options. Undervalued, yet stylish and secure. Single doors are overlooked but its a great addition to set the aesthetic within your home.
Traditional Sash Box Windows are made with 2 sashes that the windows slide up and down using vertical grooves, counteracted through lead weights on cords. Sash Windows are opened by sliding them open vertically. The original Sash Box windows were originated in Holland or France in the early 17th century.
A Casement Window is a attached to the frame by hinges which are traditionally located on the sides or top on which they are mounted on the outside. Which open outwards based on the hinge position. Casement windows were commonly used prior to sash box windows with glass panes being held in place with strips of lead.
