I purchased a Jaguar Sovereign, and have found them very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Despite living in Somerset they were flexible on time for the viewing and again when I picked the car up.

I saw how many people said steer clear , but like a fool I still bought here .
Car was dirty on arrival , cigarette ash, a dent that wasn’t shown in advert , service history that wasn’t there .
But worst of all was the car lasted 2 weeks!!!!!
Then gearbox went . He told me don’t worry

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
I purchased an Audi A1 from this dealer, I was served by Kameron, from the start this man was very rude, rushing up whilst we were viewing the car cause he had somewhere else to be, which made me pressured to make a decision. He also would answer our questions with “well I don’t know” when we were asking basic questions about the car, very unprofessional. I was promised when buying the car that I would get a free MOT as they were selling me it with less than a month left. I booked in my MOT and when the day came I rang up to check I was okay to make my way

Avoid at all costs
Purchased a vehicle from this guy Cameron, before collecting we noticed a few things that needed to be sorted and was told it would be and that the car would be perfect when we collect. There was a rattle we wanted sorting, the Ariel was missing we were told one would be sent out to us which never arrived, we were told it had been serviced but got the car inspected for this by an independent garage was told no service had been done recently as oil was black all filters dirty and spark plugs all rusty. Had all replaced at our cost. The rattle was not rectified either.

Having purchased an E Class of recent, Roof leaks both passenger and drivers side during rain and washing, this the seller must have known of prior to selling due to water laying on both seats, also intermittent power loss problem which is down to a failed Inlet Port Shut off valve unit at a cost of £600.

We made a call on Sunday morning to enquire about the car we had seen advertised. Cameron was extremely helpful and answered all the questions we asked about the condition of the car and its performance as we were looking for a city car. We arranged to see it later that day which was a 90 minute drive away. The car was immaculate, exactly as described and 100% true to the description and pictures we had seen. All paperwork was in order and all transferred and dealt with before we drove away. It also came with a new 12 month MOT. Very happy with the service and our new purchase.
