A lady called Margaret, who is the proprietor, runs the B&B, with a "Home from Home" feeling, (why not ring her anytime between 9am to 9pm to check availability). The rooms in our guest house are equipped with a kettle and complimentary hospitality trays. Some rooms come with a kitchenette with a microwave and a toaster. Guest rooms in Y-NOT Guest House are fitted with a flat-screen TV and free toiletries. Towels and the rooms are serviced daily. We pride ourselves on our excellent hearty Lincolnshire breakfast, adapted to suit all tastes and special diets are catered for.
We ask for rooms to be vacated by 10.30am, this gives us sufficient time to get your room ready for the next guest. If you need to leave your luggage until later in the day please don't hesitate to ask. Please note payment in full is required 7 days before your stay or immediately if less than 7 days notice is given.
Close by: The River Witham where you can take a boat trip or visit the stunning Jenny's Woods. Not only is our bed and breakfast on a river bank it is also close to many other delightful fishing spots including Westwood Lakes. You can walk from the b&b to a local paper shop, a butchers and a co-op on Argyle Street and a 24hr Asda store.
From the A52 on Sleaford Road, you will pass a petrol station on your right. Take the next left; this will take you onto Brothertoft Road. Go down to the mini round-about and keep straight onto Fenside Road, take the second turn left opposite, the old pub sign "Hessle Pear" which will take you into Langrick Road, we are on the right, numbers 10 & 12, (about 200m).
