This Charter sets out the reasonable expectations of customers of Members of the National Association of Jewellers. By displaying the Customer Charter in their business premises and on their websites, Members of the National Association of Jewellers demonstrate that they are signatories of the Association's Code of Conduct and acknowledge their commitment to abiding by and upholding the full Code.
2. Provide full and accurate disclosure, describing any jewellery or watches offered or sold. 3. Abstain from engaging in conduct or in any business practice that may directly or indirectly mislead or deceive customers. 4. Use NAJ best practice to help prevent trade in conflict diamonds, gemstones and precious metals and to help prevent suffering of workers in the jewellery supply chain.

I had a pinky ring re-sized to a very small size which ended up being quite tricky as it was so small to work with. They re-sized it perfectly and the turnaround was quick. It hasn't come off (by choice) since I picked it up. They also kept me in the loop throughout which was great. Highly recommend.

I worked for a similar business to this, in close proximity to this one. I was asked to write false, damaging reviews of the store which were untrue. Please be prepared that I will not be the last person to be asked to do this. I’ve heard nothing but great and positive things about Marmalade which clearly grinds on others. From the local reputation of this store, it a gem.

My wife and I have only just recently discovered Marmalade, for watch (both of us) repairs, adjusting of wedding ring, etc and have found them to be excellent, professional, and good value for money. A real find, and there are impressive pieces of jewellery in the shop. The service is friendly and helpful to a fault.
