Services
Using both the very latest glass-cutting and other production technology, and the skills of our in-house team of designers and craftsmen, we produce around 500 units per week at this site. Our Haslemere factory supply and install bespoke timber, aluminium and uPVC doors and windows for our trade customers.
At our dedicated Kalglass site at Haslemere, we supply a complete range of aluminium windows which are energy rated compliant. We also offer leaded lights and Georgian style units handmade to any specification. Aluminco's thermal break system AL 450 is a thermal break system of high performance suitable for demanding constructions which offers the absolute security by mean of a perimetric locking.
An exceptionally flexible, sliding, thermal break system. Its qualities make it the ideal choice for several applications. It offers absolute impermeability with special perimetric rubbers, heat insulation, sound insulation and maximum security with multiple locks. It can carry the weight of the glass, up to 200 kg, per sash and includes elevating and rolling mechanism for easy handling and smooth operation.
FD 4600 is a brand new Bi-Folding door system, offering extremely high performance and impressive, out of competition, technical characteristics. The desire to create living spaces filled with daylight was never so feasible. This high performance system offers this advantage, as well as a minimal design, high insulation and functionality with hardware that have specifically been designed for folding systems.
All our glass is supplied by Saint-Gobain Glass UK, one of the world's largest glass manufacturers. We have a wide range of styles and finishes available from stock; our in-house team can also apply decorative bevels and other effects to order. Using our computerised cutting system, we can normally produce float glass units in 2-4 working days, and toughened glass units in 3-5 days; we also offer a next-day priority service if required.

My daughter had windows installed by Kalglass . A few weeks ago I contacted Kalglass on her behalf to report that one of the hinges was faulty and it was quickly replaced . Following this ,I had all my first floor windows replaced this year and all was done to a very high standard. I was extremely pleased with the speed, quality and workmanship of the installers, surveyor and staff at Kalglass. The cost was very competitive too. I wish all companies would treat their customers in such exemplary way.
