When you book a taxi for 5 am to take you to the airport for a business trip the last thing you want in the early hours is to be calling your taxi to find out where they are and/or making a last minute dash in your own car. I've been using Neil's Taxi service for 3 years and never once had to wait for pick-up. I have used Neil's taxi service for several trips to the airport, both to London and to Manchester and Kate has driven me each time. I think of her as a friend now since she is always waiting at the barrier when I return to UK, or letting me off as near as possible to departure gates. She picks me up at ridiculous hours of the night, insists on lifting my heavy luggage into the car, waits for delayed planes and just goes above and beyond the usual service one might expect form a taxi service. I will continue to use Neil's taxi service as long as I need a taxi, no doubt about it!

We have used Neil & Kates taxi services for the past 4 years and find them to be extremely professional and totally reliable. We just love everything about the service that we receive from Neils Taxi. Kate is always on time the vehicles are comfortable & kept immaculate . Over the years we have used this taxi service on a regular basis for airport runs. We think of Kate more as a friend than just a driver who happens to pick you up & always have a good catch up.
