Booked my van in on line using the registration number which then booked me in here for an MOT. When I arrived I was told they couldn't do Class 7 MOTs, only Class 4. Just as I was leaving the guy (Rees I think) said if I left the vehicle they would sort out a Class 7 MOT for me at another local garage.
Received a call just after 2 to say MoT and service done.
Great service and so many places nowadays would have just left me with the problem, whereas these guys took my problem away.

A few months ago I went there for an MOT and left my car there in the morning and till about 4 o'clock in the afternoon they had not called me. When I phoned them asking about what's the condition of my car and whether it'll pass the MOT test they told me they would have to replace a few car parts which they said would cost me and X amount of £.
When I went over there to pick up my car after the parts had been replaced they had increased the asking price for the replaced car parts and they did not provide me with a receipt as to how much each part as well as the labour charges
