We understand that children have minds of their own and each respond differently when placed in front of a camera. Our studio is equipped to accommodate any eventuality and we allow as much time as is necessary, so that your child can feel relaxed and comfortable.
We realise how important it is to capture those moments that you will treasure forever. A maternity shoot is your opportunity to have images created that capture the start of an amazing journey. Your pregnancy session will ideally take place about a month before your due date. It would be great if your partner can come along and other children within your family are more than welcome.

We provide the cake and a choice of outfits, but if you want to bring some of your own, that's okay with us. Following the cake smash we include shots of baby in a bath which are often as popular as the images capturing the smash. These sessions are incredibly popular and so booking in advance is important - to avoid disappointment book your shoot now!
At various times throughout the year normally during a school holiday or some weekends, we hold our amazing and extremely popular children's themed fantasy shoots. These photography experiences are very popular and usually fill up very quickly. Every little girl's dream comes to life when she becomes the beautiful forest Fairy.

Absolutely amazing experience with this company! Kristen did our photoshoot, she made us all feel so comfortable. My super shy son soon came out of his shell and gave some beautiful pictures, all because of the trumping pig technique đ I would definitely use them again! You get what you pay for, the pictures were great quality! You can even have a payment plan for the pictures which is a great idea! Can't wait to put our pictures up and I will be recommending them to everyone. Thank you sooo much â¤ď¸

I was so happy we got picked as a competition winner & able to get some amazing pictures of me, my partner & our dog. So professional, laid back, friendly, felt very comfortable & the photographer was so good with the dog. There were so many amazing images it was so hard to choose but Iâm so glad I got more than what I won, but thank you so much! Couldnât recommend enough!

We responded to a model call advert on Facebook for a newborn shoot and got a call to say we could come for a free shoot. As soon as we arrived the service we received was fantastic! Every member of staff was so friendly and made us feel so at ease. They were fantastic with my 3 year old and made getting her to pose for pictures look easy!
The photos taken are amazing and it was so hard to choose our favourite as there was that many. We did get a free image as part of the model call but we were so impressed with the photos we decided to purchase a full package and we was not forced to buy in any

Won a family photoshoot so I brought the whole family. Kristen the photographer was very enthusiastic, welcoming and absolutely brilliant with the children (9 months to 9-years-old). She made the shoot a really fun and enjoyable experience. Martin went through the photos with us at a later date and was very patient with us and let us take our time in choosing our photos. Laura was always really helpful too by answering my hundreds of questions in the lead up and then helping me get the digital photos. We have just received our digital and hard copies of the photos and they are beautiful and high

I recently won a boudoir shoot with them and was a little nervous about it, after having one 2 years ago with another company and looking back on it felt awful and not great about myself. The team at Martin Steele photography are all really friendly and so so helpful from reception staff to the photographer, I explained my concerns and was made to feel comfortable and had so much fun in my shoot.
There was help with adjusting outfits so looked right and was even given so great encouragement through the shoot and completely felt at ease.
When viewing the pictures they was amazing they do not alter

I won a family photoshoot with Martin Steel Photography and it was one of the best things we have ever done. The shoot was an hour long but we had so much fun, laughing all the way through it that it flew by. Kirsten, the photographer was so lovely. She has such a bubbly personality and such an infectious smile that you can't help but have fun. She is so great at what she does that we felt so relaxed like we were being photographed by an old friend.
