Had a cracked tile and a leak into the bedroom ceiling this morning. Rang this company at 8.30am and they were outside my house by 9.30am! they checked the roof, and drove off with a promise to come back and replace the tile. He said it would be £20-£30 tops. back they came within half an hour, scooted up the roof without disurbing me (although it would have been nice to double check I wanted them to do the job!), then knocked the door, asked for £30 and said all done! I paid him and asked for a receipt and he gave me a business card and an assurance he wasn't leaving the country! Very down
