Services
We have a range of 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machining centres as well as conventional milling machines. All of our CNC machines are supported with the latest CAD/CAM software. See below for a more detailed description of our capabilities. 5 Axis machining means a workpiece can be machined from multiple sides in one setup.
We have a range CNC and conventional lathes which are supported with the latest CAD/CAM software. Please see below for a more detailed description of some of our lathes. Our Doosan Puma 3100 can turn up to 525mm diameter and a turning length of 790mm. The robust nature of this machine allows it to handle super alloys whilst also achieving tolerances and surface finishes that could previously only be met through grinding.
