Through rapid expansion, Lex established itself as the practice of choice for the local and business community in and around the Bolton area and soon outgrew the modest office spaces where it all began. Expansion and exponential growth allowed Lex to build a network of clients throughout the country which is today serviced by a team of over 50 legally qualified and supporting staff.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Extremely poor customer service. No response for 4-5 months at a time, each time, unless requested. No response to complaints either. This is the first poor review I have left, and that is after giving Lex Solicitors months to address complaint. This is now being escalated

I had my case dealt with by Lex Solicitors, I felt that I did not receive the justice I deserved. Rather I'm at a loss & neither are they pressing for an increment in the payment I deserve to receive. I did not even claim compensation for personal injury when I could have done so, people claim thousands & neither did they advise me on how I could claim for loss of earnings. I was not informed that I was even entitled to this, all I requested for was a small amount extra for me to be able to purchase a new vehicle comfortably. I wouldn't go here even if it was the last firm on Earth.
