Mental health includes our psychological, emotional and social wellbeing. It affects how we think feel and behave. It determines how we handle stress, relate to others and make choices. Mental health problems cover a broad range of conditions but the common factor is that they all affect the persons personality, thought processes and social interactions.
Sleep is something we all need. Sleep plays a vital role in our physical, mental and emotional well being. When we sleep our bodies heal and repair and our brains process information from the day before. The blood vessels around our bodies heal, literally regenerating overnight. Through the formation of new pathways, the brain allows us to remember information and enhance problem-solving skills.
Hypnotherapy Succeeds Where Diets Fail.only 1% of people who diet lose weight and maintain the weight loss (Datamonitor 2007), and more worryingly most people end up weighing even more than they did at the start of the diet according to the largest study ever undertaken on both the long term and short term effects of dieting.
If your phobia interferes with your normal daily life, or prevents you from doing things you would otherwise enjoy, it is time to seek help. For fear of flying as well as other phobia treatments in both adults and children I use Hypnotherapy, NLP and CBT which are all widely recognized for their success in treating phobias.
Self Efficacy is the internal sense or belief that we can effectively handle and perform specific tasks and this in its self plays an important part in determining your general level of self confidence. When you have a high efficacy in one area of your life you will think, feel and behave in a way that contributes and therefore reinforces your success.

I visited Fiona when anxiety was starting to take a real toll on my life, preventing me from going to things such as football matches, restaurants, and even assemblies.
After several sessions, I am now completely confident in situations where I previously would have to remove myself due to panic attacks. I cannot thank Fiona enough for all of the work and help she has put in to help me get my life back on track!
I would definitely recommend visiting Fiona if you are struggling to get a grasp on anxiety, or any sort of phobia. I'm not quite sure how'd I'd have coped for so long without her! At

I have completed both the Mindfulness Workshop and the Hypnosis for Weight Loss Workshop and I cannot recommend them enough. Fiona creates a welcoming and secure environment where she teaches you the tools you need right from the start so you can get the most out of each course. The techniques Fiona has taught me in being Mindful has helped me personally and in my work life and I noticed the benefits straight away. I am more relaxed, I sleep better and cope far better when life gets stressful. The Hypnosis for Weight Loss has been a real eye opener! I was a real "chocoholic" and although ate healthily
