We have over 25 years experience in assisting residential and commercial property owners in resolving Party Wall Matters and provide a prompt and professional service. Acting on behalf of both Building Owners and Adjoining Owners we offer guidance through the Party Wall Notice, Award and Dispute procedures.
Whilst it is possible to serve a Party Wall Notice yourself to save money, it is crucial that the Notice document is valid with no errors. If a dispute arises and the Notice turns out to be invalid than a new Notice would have to be served and valuable time would be wasted. It is therefore advisable to employ a Party Wall Surveyor to draw this up.
If you have received a Notice regarding the Party Wall Act it means that your neighbour is carrying out construction work that may affect your property. The Party Wall etc Act 1996 enables your neighbour to carry out work without interference whilst at the same time safeguarding your property from the effects of the work.

Tony could not have been more helpful when I had an issue with a neighbour who had not sought a party wall agreement and banged through into my house with an RSJ!
Tony came on recommendation, he was at my property within a couple of hours of me first contacting him, and he gave excellent advice! He was able to help me rectify the issue and get my property repaired at no expense to me, including his fees which were covered by the neighbour.
I found Tony courteous throughout and very knowledgeable, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
