Our company has been around for a long time though, 2018 was 40th anniversary. We've been a family owned and run business the whole time. Our founder, David Winfield, still rides a motorbike pretty much every single day - currently a Bonneville T120 Diamond and a Gold Wing. We're a small and friendly team.

Services
We try hard to consistently deliver great customer service. That doesn't mean we're perfect, but if we get it wrong, then we'll do everything to put it right. We've got four technicians in the workshop available to work on your Honda, two focused exclusively on Honda - and three Honda Master technicians in the business - as many as any other dealer in the UK.
All of our used bikes are HPI checked, and the VINs cross-referenced. All of our bikes are put through the workshop, checked for recalls and serviced where needed before they are sold. Even where there's a full, and up to date service history, if it's been more than 6 months since the last service, the bike gets an oil change and a fresh oil filter.
Buy any new Honda from us, over 125cc, and we'll take you from absolute beginner to passing your test with twelve hours of free lessons in our own school. There's a lot to love about riding a motorbike. For most of us, the sense of freedom you get is unrivaled. A reborn excitement in getting out and exploring; or escaping on a Saturday morning to your favourite coffee shop or view point.

I bought a Honda vision of Newcastle motorcycles in 2017 from PAUL which includes a free cbt. Firstly the woman who did the cbt was incredibly patronising and rude but then on the excitement of taking the scooter home I discovered the scooter already had 30 miles on the clock I phoned Paul and he told me I was reading it wrong but on thinking back he was rushing me out of the shop and on my way. So people check the mileage and don't buy anything from Newcastle motorcycles.

When you're new to MX/Motorbikes - all you're looking for is a little bit of help and guidance not to be looked at as a divvy. I showed Peter a photograph of what I needed. "That's after market we don't sell that." Is what should have been said, instead of ordering something that is completely the opposite and doesn't fit. My mechanic said it's a kill switch not a light switch. I didn't want to say that on the phone and embarrass you. Because I've opened the switch - I can't return it. I'll never use your store again.

Took the PCX 125 scooter that I use with my motorhome in today for it's first service, oil change etc. To be honest I wasn't expecting too much because on the face of it I'm an older bloke and not presently riding a "proper" bike as some would say but I was very pleasantly surprised.
The staff from the reception desk to the workshop could not have been more friendly and helpful and the work was done in very good time even though I had expected to wait a good while.
When I bought this scooter I could have got it a bit cheaper elsewhere but I opted to buy locally and to support a local business
