We originally posted a negative review because of shipping delays and what we thought was a lack of communication for returns. The company contacted me personally today to apologize and explain the situation. We live in Germany and they are holding packages in customs and charging import fees which is resulting in very long delays. We had emailed back and forth but some emails concerning returns were not received. They are working with me to return locally and get our refund since we had to purchase additional shoes so our daughter could cheer. I appreciate their effort in making sure everything

Ordered a pair of cheerleader shoes which arrived and were to small, we did not have time to post them back and wait for a new pair to arrive. So we ordered the size up and sent back the smaller shoes with a note about the order. This company refused a pay for return postage saying because we did not ask for a replacement they would not pay post. I would not deal with this company again.

Absolutely disgraceful conduct and use of bad language by the owner of this business !!!
The premise is attached to a self-store building. This morning we were loading our van for a house move using the ONLY access available and was confronted by a foul mouthed and rude ‘lady’. Demanded that we move the vehicle (impossible) or she would block us in. Continued to swear and cause a scene.
Surely the issue here should be taken up with the storage company!!
I would suggest that if a person feels that it’s appropriate to speak to members of the public in such a manner that their interpersonal

Service was absolutely superb!!! Delivery was free and very efficient, the first order arriving after two days. We needed to return the original item due to sizing, this was quick and easy, with clear advice provided over the phone too. After returning the item, the replacement arrived just 2 days later. With all relevant adjustments made to the order with no quibbles. Great experience all round!

Absolutely excellent I really thought we was going to have a problem getting trainers before comp we had two weeks , I paid under £10 for next day delivery, they arrived the next day early afternoon as promised. I also made a enquiry on the size of nfinity compared to the average uk size and was advised correctly. Couldent have asked for a better experience... we are all ready for comp in 9 days with no worries... thank you cheer excel!! Let's go blaze lets go👏🏼👏🏼🎉💜💜💜
