In the 1980's Jeff Boyall and Wayne Cayton started work in a residential garage. Artwork was produced by hand and then exposed with an enlarger in a dark room. Mesh screens where made ready for ink to be passed through the screen. Although this is described in short, all these processes where lengthy and required great skill in accuracy and timing.
The most eye catching end of aisle display ever produced? Originally Ferrero approached us and asked if we could do a 3D display on an aisle end, this then evolved into a need for a remotely controlled digital screen within the tower, not to mention the famous 3D pyramid. The challenge for Boyall Graphics was to balance the needs of both the cash and carry and the brand, whilst ensuring a finished product that achieved the aims of all parties.
Holland Build's latest project the redevelopment of the St Edmunds hospital project in Northampton. With a strong brand design the printed construction hoarding needed to present the company with impact but remain fluid in its presentation. Much time was spent matching the custom red and the hoarding to achieve this.

At Boyall Graphics & Print Ltd we print directly to the surface of the foamex and post or pre cut the material to suit the artwork design on our dedicated cnc routing in house. No profile is to complicated as we have done a variety of print and cnc profiling for many different arena's. With a dedicated artwork studio we can create or process your files and make changes on the fly in house.
