Just fabulous. Super friendly staff, everything with the bike was exactly as it should be (better in fact) and was ready to be collected, exactly as they said it would be. This is what shops should be like.

I bought a second hand Husqvarna 701, great service, friendly and approachable. There was a small issue which Aaron sorted out efficiently then followed up to check all was fine. Thanks, would definitely recommend them.

Just took delivery of my 1972 Suzuki GT380. Had support all the way from Jack Challoner who provided videos and photos of the bike as this was a remote purchase due to Covid restrictions. Appreciate your help Jack. Thanks.

I haven't made a decision on whether to buy the bike yet, but first impressions count for a lot. Everyone who I spoke to both today and through email has been nothing but pleasant, helpful and informative.
Once I arrived I was made to feel welcome, before getting out for a ride on a demo bike. Everything was clear from start to finish and the staff spent a fair amount of their time talking to me and looking for ways to which to resolve any little niggles that I had. I've left there without a new bike this time, but they've certainly given me enough help and information for me to make the decision

Avoid at all costs! Purchased a bike having had a top end rebuild at Craig’s! Bike was smoking so was sent back to craigs to be sorted! From the moment I dropped the bike off I felt unwelcome! Was told the issue would be valve stem seals which hadn’t been done when the bike was rebuilt so I was to pay! I then mentioned it being a issue with the cylinder head but was told that was impossible due to just being being plated. Agreed a price for the valve stem seals and on my way I went! 3 weeks later and my bikes still there! Was told twice I could collect the bike only to be told then it wasn’t
